---Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We guarantee the quality of all our products. We will provide full refunds within 14 days of purchase if a product is damaged during shipping. If applicable, any refund for your order will be processed back to your original form of payment for this order. While we will refund orders, we do not accept returns. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.

---Where is my order now?
To see the exact status of your order, click on the blue link in your confirmation email which will take you to your order summary page. You will be able to see the status of your items in production and, if available, also check on the tracking status of items that have already shipped. We'll send you confirmation emails when your order is being shipped, please click the tracking link attached in your confirmation emails to see where your items are located. Please note that orders to AK, HI can take up to 2-3 weeks and during that time, the Carrier may not be able to provide updates until the shipment reaches to its final destination.
