What if my Trensygo Gifts wasn't the right fit?
-If your Trensygo order wasn't the right fit, please reach out to the support@trensygo.com within 14 days of delivery. We will help make it right for you.
I'd like to place an order and have it send directly to the recipient... is that possible?
- Yes, absolutely! Just put the recipients name and address on the shipping details at checkout. For this reason, we do not include paper receipts in our orders. All receipts are thought email, so make sure to use your own email.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?

What if my order arrived damaged?
- At Trensygo, we care deeply not only about the quality of our jewelry, but the quality of experience it brings you and your loved ones. If your order does arrive damaged, contact us at support@trensygo.com and we will make it right.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
- Currently we only provide free shipping within USA. But do drop us an inquiry at support@trensygo.com and we will be in our best to accomplish them for you
How do I take care of my jewelry?Product
- We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, applying lotion or perfume, exercising, washing dishes, and related activities. Store your jewelry in Trensygo special micro fiber pouch bag or by hanging it up for protection when you're not showing it off to the world.
I have sensitive skin - what's in my jewelry?
- At Trensygo, we take precaution to ensure our precious gifts won't irritate you. Our jewelry is made of genuine sterling silver and steel which is 100% nickel free.
